Everyone’s schedule and needs are different. You many not always need a conference room for a meeting, but it’s nice to know you have access to one if you do. Sometimes you may just need a small office space as an escape from your daily routine. Presentations, demos, interviews and contract signings are often scheduled with short notice. Whether it’s a last minute meeting, a catering request or a technical need – we are going to do everything in our power to accommodate.


Some people simply can not justify the expense of a swanky office. Why pay for all month, when you only need a workspace here and there? For as little as $150/month you have access to a professional workspace that will impress clients and that exudes creativity and productivity. You won’t find any hidden fees here. Need to use our whiteboards, use them. Need a monitor for your powerpoint presentation – we’ve got you covered. Water and coffee for 10 – no problemo.

Everyone is aware of the traffic issues we face in the Charlotte area. If you live in Matthews, Mint Hill, Weddington, Waxhaw, Stallings or Indian Trail – Do you really want/need to drive across town to South Park, Ballantyne or Uptown just to have a meeting? We have opened our flagship office in Matthews to better serve those communities. Our office is easy to access, daytime parking is plentiful AND free, and there are many cafes, restaurants and bars within a minutes’ walk. See step by step directions to our office here.

Our design choices, stylish furniture and technology capabilities were all carefully planned and crafted. It’s not just about finding an empty room and having a meeting – it’s bigger than that. We want to spark creativity, give local companies the opportunity to connect globally and maximize productivity. We are not perfect, but hope our pursuit for perfection results in a better experience for our members.

Disclaimer: Although we have no minimum notice to book a room, all bookings are subject to availability between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday -Friday. We are closed on public holidays. If you have a weekend or after hours request, please call 704-266-1664. Video conferencing is available in our Boardroom and Huddle Room only. Credits may not be transferred or carried over. You can cancel your membership anytime with 30 days notice.
